I hope you are enjoying the height of summer time and getting out and finding adventure(s) with family and friends! Read on for market news and data from through June a halfway point of what has unfolded so far as an interesting year from many perspectives. The anticipated interest rate cut in September will likely give the RE market a bit of a boost heading into election season. Which typically provides it's own interesting (and unending) news cycles and data points about the economy and the world at large all things that do ultimately impact the wide world of real estate here in the Bay (and beyond).
