It seems like we are turning the corner on summer, with a return to school (if that impacts you) coming in just a week or so. For me, the end of the month will be a first dropping my daughter off (yikes) to start her freshman year at USD in San Diego. It appears that William Stafford was correct, nothing we do can stop time's unfolding! I hope that summer has been fantastic for you and yours. Reach out if there is ever anything I can do for you. Unprecedented’ Marin County Housing Project Moves Forward Amid Neighbor Pushback

The fight over one of the largest residential projects in Marin County is heating up with the release this month of a key report on the project. Developer North Coast Land Holdings proposed redeveloping the former Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary campus adjacent to Mill Valley in 2020 and has been working on the plan since.

With millions of square feet of approved office space indefinitely on hold in San Francisco’s Central SoMa neighborhood — possibly for a decade or more — Mayor London Breed is introducing legislation Tuesday that would relax zoning in order to allow more housing to be built in the area.
